Returns

At Cradella, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please contact us via email or phone before returning your item.

Important: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with their original packaging intact. Unless the product is defective or not as described, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that items on sale or discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. All returns must be shipped in their original condition with intact packaging.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. For any questions about refunds, write to us at support@cradella.com.

Reserved Rights Regarding Refunds

Important: Once your return request is approved, items must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our conditions, such as items that have been used, washed, damaged, altered, or missing any original parts. Cases involving fraud or abuse will be handled according to our policies.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the item. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, and cover the return shipping costs.

If tracking shows that the order was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local carrier to confirm delivery. For assistance, write to support@cradella.com. Our team responds within 12 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST).

Sale Items

Only products at regular price are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, items on sale or promotion cannot be refunded, returned, or canceled.
